This special tea blend is put together by Mia with love and healing intentions using tried and tested recipes created by Master Herbalists.

Menstrual pain has been with us since the dawn of Woman. This is an ancient blend of herbs intended to ease PMS and menopause symptoms.

Use one tablespoon to a mug of hot water, let steep 10-15 minutes. Drink two cups per day when experiencing symptoms. Wean down to once per day and then stop as symptoms begin to abate.

Research shows that this combination of herbs are a mixture of strong anti-inflammatory, nerve soothing and anti-bloating compounds. These herbs (as well as others) have been used in this manner for centuries.

Those with known allergies to any of the ingredients or women who are pregnant, or breast feeding, or with breast/ovarian cancer should not consume this product. As always consult a medical professional before consuming or applying any herbal product.
