  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards during our check-out process. If you would like to pay by e-transfer please reach out to us BEFORE placing your order online.
  • Do you have a brick and mortar store?
    We only sell our products online and at local South Vancouver Island farmers markets.
  • Do you sell caffeinated teas?
    Very few of our teas will contain caffeine as we specialize in tisanes vs caffeinated teas.
  • Do you sell coffee?
    We absolutely LOVE coffee but specialize in custom blended tisanes. Our dear friends at That Sustainable Collective offer some wonderful coffees that are ethically sourced, roasted and packaged by them!
  • Are your tisanes Organic?
    Yes, all of our ingredients are sourced, harvested or foraged 100% organic!
  • Do you blend your own tisanes?
    Yes, we do all of our blending in-house.
  • How should I store my tisane?
    Tisanes are best stored in a sealed, opaque container. Keep dry and away from direct light.
  • Do you sell wholesale?
    No, we do not sell wholesale. We pride ourselves on small batch blending and offering the best product to our end user customers.
  • Can I get a bigger size for your product?
    Please reach out to us with the blend(s) you are looking to purchase in larger quantities. Depends on season and availability.
  • How long will my tisane last?
    If stored properly - dry, airtight and out of direct light, most tisanes will last (retain freshness and efficacy) up to two years.
  • When does tisane expire?
    Tisanes don't truly expire but certain herbs can lose their potency or efficacy over time. Storing tisanes properly is an important step to take. Most tisanes will be good for up to two years if stored properly.
  • Is your packaging recyclable?
    Our shipping boxes and packing are recyclable. Our product pouches contain a thin plastic sleeve and zip lock to retain freshness and keep moisture out. Our alternative would be glass jars which are heavy and fragile to ship.
  • Where do your ingredients come from?
    All ingredients not grown in Mia's garden are sourced from Canadian distributors and she only buys wild or organically grown herbs and roots. All mushrooms are wild foraged right here on West Vancouver Island away from populated areas.
  • Do you sell your tisane loose or in sachets?
    In keeping with our environmental ethics, at this time we only offer loose tisane. We will be offering reusable/recyclable sachets and tea balls in our accessories section soon.
  • What's in your tisane?
    We offer single herb and blended herb tisanes containing organic, natural ingredients according to time-tested recipes created by masters from around the world.
  • Where can I buy your tisanes?
    Our tisanes are available at local South Island farmers markets and on our website.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    Yes, we offer e-gift cards on our website.
  • Do you drop ship?
    No, we do not offer drop shipping at this time.
  • What are your local delivery options?
    We do offer local flat-rate delivery from Sasseenos to Jordan River. This option can be chosen during the check-out process.
  • Do you have shipping options?
    Yes, during the check-out process you will be able to choose from several shipping options with different carriers and price points.
