TO PLACE AN ORDER:
Please send us an e-mail (info@earthelementsbotanicals.ca - simply go to the 'CONTACT ' link) with the following info:
- Your name;
- Products: Name, size, and number of each;
- Do you want your order shipped? If yes, your FULL address;
- any other info or questions you may have;
- See delivery and pick-up options below.

We will reply to your e-mail with a total cost for your order and instructions to send an e-transfer. We will prepare to ship your order upon receipt of e-transfer. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Earth Elements Botanicals currently ships only to addresses within Canada. This may change as we continue to grow. We have decided NOT to use mark-ups on shipping as a way to increase our profit. You will only be charged our actual cost for shipping.

Processing time:
Earth Elements Botanicals believes that the best and freshest products that we can provide are those made-to-order. This allows us to create a variety of tea blends and still maintain optimal product freshness and quality for you.
Products are blended when we receive your order and shipped out within two business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Happy customers are essential to us at Earth Elements Botanicals. We take great care in producing and providing you with quality products. Our teas and dehydrated mushrooms may not be returned or exchanged. We are not a Big Box retail outlet.
However...
If your product is damaged in shipping (when received by you), or if you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please contact us within seven days of receiving it. We will do our very best to work with you.
