Relaxation is something that we inhabitants of the modern world often have to fight for! Big pharma makes billions each quarter through prescriptions that mask the symptoms of exhaustion, stress, anxiety, and general burnout! Regular exercise sure helps, as do deep breathing exercises and meditation too! Mia and I often sip on a cup of Rock Rose tisane before our deep breathwork and meditation sessions, just to ease our bodies out of fight/flight and into a state where we can actually benefit from our spiritual sessions.

One to two teaspoons tea to a mug. Pour over hot water, cover and let infuse for twenty minutes. Enjoy!

Rock Rose is an evergreen shrub that thrives in higher altitude rocky environments in Europe. It is often used to calm the body after prolonged periods of stress, anxiety and panic (C-PTSD). It also acts as a digestive aid, anti-viral and overall immune support.
