All ingredients not grown in Mia's garden are sourced from Canadian distributors and she only buys wild or organically grown herbs and roots.
This special tea blend is put together by Mia with love and healing intentions using tried and tested recipes created by Master Herbalists.
It has been said that one may determine some indication of a persons health by more closely examining the condition of their skin. In more modern times looking vibrant, younger, and 'healthy' may have become more of an obsession often involving surgeries, implants and all manner of pharmaceuticals.
It has been noted that supporting the liver, kidneys and endocrine systems through a mild natural detox may result in achieving a more vibrant overall condition and healthier looking skin.
Combine three tablespoons tea and three cups cold water in a lidded saucepan. Slowly bring to simmer without boiling over. Simmer on heat for twenty minutes. Strain and drink warm or cold.
This simmered infusion acts as a catalyst for the ingredients to combine. Enjoy.
