This special tea blend is put together by Mia with love and healing intentions using tried and tested recipes created by Master Herbalists.
Brain Fog is a real thing, you will agree with us if you experience this. This condition was noted already in the early 1800's and was described as an 'overworked brain', without sufficiently matching body fatigue. It was a somewhat nebulous concept that eluded science until recent symptoms of COVID and Long-COVID once again thrust it into the spotlight. 'Brain fog' is an umbrella term that describes a wide range of symptoms including those from auto-immune diseases, allergies, menopause, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and kidney failure, as well as mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression.
Pour one and one half cups hot water over one to two teaspoons tea. Steep four to seven minutes. Add a bit of natural honey to sweeten if desired.
This tea is as much about aromatherapy as it is about drinking it! The warm, soothing notes of Clove increase circulation while the citrus hints of Lemongrass and Bergamot serve up an almost immediate clarifying uplift.
