It is a known fact that minerals (trace and macro) are absolutely necessary for the human body to thrive. Minerals are vital in maintaining the body’s immune system, bone health, muscle health, and quite literally overall health. It is known that mineral deficiencies contribute to the ability for diseases of all kinds to establish themselves. Studies have shown that pregnant mothers deficient in minerals pass on lifelong health challenges to the developing unborn child. 

Foods grown commercially in mineral/vitamin depleted soils with large amounts of chemical fertilizers do not contain much in the way of body-useable minerals. Supplements are often synthetic and difficult to absorb.

There is no added sodium or other nasties in this tea (why we should avoid drinking 'mineral water' from plastic bottles), and the minerals contained can be absorbed efficiently by our bodies.

Drink daily (once/day) about one half hour before a meal. 
Use one tablespoon to a mug of hot water. Steep 10-15 minutes.
 

The ingredients in this tea have been blended and measured in proper daily intake amounts for essential minerals according to a published recipe. There are many trace and macro minerals contained in this herb blend including: Vit C, Iron, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium and silicon.
