Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm), Passiflora incarnata (Passion Flower), Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap), Mentha spicata leaf (Spearmint).

All ingredients not grown in Mia's garden are sourced from Canadian distributors and she only buys wild or organically grown herbs and roots.

Use two teaspoons tea to a mug. Pour over hot water (194F) and steep for fifteen to twenty minutes. Enjoy!

The ingredients in this blend have been carefully chosen to work with one another in a positive way. Lemon Balm is a member of the mint family and very calming. It's documented use dates back as far as the Middle Ages where it was commonly used to reduce stress, anxiety, aid in digestion and induce sleep.

Passion Flower is known to help with anxiety, ADHD symptoms, induce sleep, reduce stress, and increase GABA levels in the brain which allows a feeling of relaxation.

Skullcap has long been used to treat anxiety, stress and insomnia. It has antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties.

Spearmint is also a member of the mint family and posesses many similar qualities to Lemon Balm. It is used in this blend to add a softer taste to the tisane.
