This special tea blend is put together by Mia with love and healing intentions using tried and tested recipes created by Master Herbalists.

Our lungs are essential to bring oxygen into the human body and to expel carbon dioxide from the human body . If the supply of oxygen to the human body, and/or the expulsion of carbon dioxide is slowed or cut off entirely, the result can be catastrophic or fatal. Mullein leaf has been used for thousands of years in different ways as a tonic for lung health. Blending it in a tea is very effectively one of those ways! 

Use as a tonic and support for lung health. May use several times per week or daily when experiencing congestion. As with all herbal teas, taking a break for a few weeks after prolonged use is suggested.Use one tablespoon to a mug of hot water, let steep 10-15 minutes.

The ingredients in this tea blend work together to help open the airways and begin to soothe and heal inflammation and congestion in the lungs.
