This is not a potent tea, so feel free to enjoy a mug or brew a pot! Enjoy with a partner, or alone and allow its warmth to infuse your body with a sense of general calm and feel your stresses ebbing away... allow yourself to be playful! Use one tablespoon to a mug of hot water. Steep 10-15 minutes.

Damiana is native to the southern USA and northern Mexico. It has been traditionally used to relieve nervousness, anxiety, and mild depression, especially connected to sex. Stress diffusing warmth, spicy ginger and other balancing herbs combine to achieve a masterful balance of flavor.
