Candida albicans (Candida) is a type of yeast that lives within the human body. It has been with us since before humanity! It has been found that if body systems become imbalanced and one feeds this yeast, it will thrive and disrupt the natural flora balance. It has been suggested that adjusting what one eats may starve this yeast imbalance and combining that with a proper cleanse, time, and maintenance, allow the body to re-balance. Search “what feeds candida” to research.
Use as a preventative for recurring candidiasis. Most effective after a proper ‘candida cleanse’. Drink once per day for up to three weeks, then once per week after that. Use one tablespoon to a mug of hot water, let steep 10-15 minutes.
