This special tea blend is put together by Mia with love and healing intentions using tried and tested recipes created by Master Herbalists.

Going all the way back to the Greek physician Galen, the Liver, Gall Bladder and Spleen were all thought to be the bodies most importans subsidiary organs and these observations were sustained for over one thousand years!

Essentially if one of the bodies organs is not functioning to peak efficiency, other organs suffer. All is interconnected and that nagging feeling of something being 'just not right' is often a marker for further investigation. Specifically blended herbal/medicinal teas have long been used successfully to mitigate these 'markers' before they become dangerous and invasive. Look at this as similar to the regular maintenence that any functioning machine requires... no, humans are not machines but similar to machines, if not regularly maintained, we may break down and require more invasive interventions. 

One tablespoon tea to one litre boiled water. Cover and let infuse for 5-10 min. Consume immediately before each main meal.
