Tripterygium wilfordii (Thunder God Vine), Mentha piperita leaf (Peppermint), Rosemarinus officinalis leaf (Rosemary), Ginko biloba leaf (Ginko Biloba), Foeniculum vulgare seed (Fennel), Pimenta officinalis berry (Allspice).

All ingredients not grown in Mia's garden are sourced from Canadian distributors  and she only buys wild or organically grown herbs and roots.

This special tea blend is put together by Mia with love and healing intentions using tried and tested recipes created by Master Herbalists. 

Crohn's disease was first diagnosed in 1932. It is most prevalent in North America and Europe. Cutting edge modern research suggests that this autoimmune disease can be traced back to a few key factors including childhood trauma, what we eat, and all manner of unhealthy, unmitigated stress. 

Pete was diagnosed with stage four Crohn's in 2020 and subsequently informed that he had most likely been suffering from this disease for most of his life. Despite the diagnosis being grim and surgery followed by chemotherapy highly recommended, Pete chose to treat his Crohn's by natural means and has been in remission since 2021. What makes Crohn's so difficult to treat is that every ones experience and symptoms are different. Treating this disease takes commitment, perseverance, and time.

Drink daily (once/day) in-between meals, not directly before or after a meal for three months. Take a break for two weeks. 

Use one tablespoon to a mug of hot water. Steep 10-15 minutes.

This tea has been formulated to help soothe the gut, reduce inflammation, and enable healing to take place. 
An excellent compliment to this tea blend is the single herb 'Ivan Chai' tea (linkto Ivan Chai). One of the amazing qualities of this tea is its tendency to help re-balance gut flora. The best time to introduce Ivan Chai is during remission when the body is less inflamed and healing may take place.
