Balance Herbal Tea

All ingredients not grown in Mia's garden are sourced from Canadian distributors and she only buys wild or organically grown herbs and roots.

Balance is quite literally the 'holy grail' of existence! Typically we feel 'off' when our bodies are not in a state of balance. The imbalance could be anywhere in our physical being which makes this tea blend very effective due to its wide ranging support for body systems. 

Butterfly Pea flower originates from south-east Asia and has been used for centuries to support overall body wellness. The single herb tea has a beautiful blue colour (often referred to as 'Blue Tea') which can change with pH of the tea. Add a bit of lemon and it can change to red, violet or green depending on the overall pH. This herb is a virtual powerhouse of antioxidants and other vitalizing elements essential to an overall feeling of well being.

The ingredients in this blend of herbs compliment one another and contribute to a delicious experience while allowing the medicinal components to do their magic! To Balance!

This is an easy tea to drink but always in moderation! remember that too much of a good thing is no longer a good thing! Always drink herbal teas in moderation and 'balance'!

One teaspoon tea to a mug. Pour over hot water (212 F) and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Add a squeeze of lemon to taste (watch the colour change). Di=rink 1-2 cups daily. 

The main active ingredient in this blend is the Butterfly Pea flower. The other herbs have been chosen to augment and enhance the delivery and efficacy of this ingredient as well as provide a more stimulating taste to the pallet!
